Leah McLeod
Leah McLeod is the founder of McLeod Method™, an Australian approach to practical, conservative lipoedema care, education and everyday management.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Leah works directly with women living with lipoedema through her clinic, Better Bodies MediSpa. Her work focuses on helping women better understand their bodies and incorporate practical strategies around lymphatic support, compression, movement, nutrition and sustainable daily management.
The McLeod Method™
McLeod Method™ grew from Leah’s hands-on work with women living with lipoedema and her belief that conservative care should be understandable, accessible and realistic enough to continue outside the treatment room.
The method brings together practical education, lymphatic support and sustainable daily strategies, with a focus on helping women feel more informed and confident in managing their condition.
Leah is also developing McLeod Method™ education and resources for practitioners who want to better support clients living with lipoedema.
A Career in Communication
Before moving into the wellness industry, Leah spent many years working across Australian television, radio and voiceover.
Her media career included presenting and hosting roles across Network Ten, Nine Network, Seven Network and Channel V, along with live television, lifestyle programming and corporate presenting.
That background remains an important part of McLeod Method™ today. Leah’s focus is on taking subjects that can feel complicated or overwhelming and communicating them in a way that is clear, practical and human.
Leah Today
Leah continues to work directly with clients at Better Bodies MediSpa in Melbourne while developing McLeod Method™ as a growing platform for lipoedema education, practitioner training and practical conservative-care resources.
Her philosophy remains simple: better understanding creates better choices, and good support should be practical enough to become part of everyday life.
